I called Game on the 17th of March 2013 and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Kenny who advised me that someone from Samsung would call me on the 18th of March to come and look at my washing machine that i bought at Game that was not working yet i had bought it in December 2012. the machine was giving me an error that was not noted on the manual and the manual stated that if the code is not htere to contact tthe supplier. i call Game on the 18th of March 2013 and advise them that noone from Samsung had called me yet as promised. i was then advised by Alfred that i was advised of the incorrect information. he said it was impossible for someon to come out today.
i am very upset as i was expecting my machine to be looked at in order for my life to continue as at the moment i am having problems as my washing is mounting. why advise client's of the incorrect information.
very irritated by Game.
