My mother had purchased a 2piece suit at Truworths Bridge City Mall in Kwamashu. She wore it twice and the stitches on the skirt started opening, she went to report this at the store and she advised her they could only take back the skirt and not the jacket, it was bought as a set so i fai to understand what they expect her to the with just the jacket. They advised the store manager will call her back when he/she arrives in the afternoon but no one did. A week and days passed and we decided to go visit the store and enquire about this matter, The store manager was still no where to be found and the staff has to be the rudest people i have ever met in retail. The on staff member (Sakhile was his name if im not mistaken), just left my mother while she ws talking to him and he had a whatever facial expression as he walked away. My mother left the suit at the store and told them to keep it as she was not going to wear just the jacket.
