Staff in desperate need of training

I bought a jacket, at the store on 12 September at 18:30. Everything went well until I tried to pay.
It took them almost 15 minutes to cash up my transaction because the lady apparently didn't know what she was doing. When they finally finished and I left, I went to another retail store.
When i tried to leave this store the alarms started going crazy. I was stopped by security and searched!
I have never been so humiliated!
Cape Union Mart useless staff had left the security tag in the jacket!
I had to run back to the store through the whole centre to catch them before they closed!
Just for them to shrug...
The manager needs to TRAIN his people!
