On the 30/06/13 I bought leather jacket at Truworths store in Cavendish Claremont and mid-July the jacket was cracking under the arms on the 25/07/13 I took it back to the store and they advised me that I will get a call on the 31/07/13 but no one called me or anything... On the 07/08 I went online to send an Enquiry no one phoned or email or sms me Only on the 15/08 I receive an email saying (we have escalated this matter to the store manager. The manager will be in contact with you shortly. Or if you have any enquiry please do not hesitate to contact our call centre on (021) 460-2300 or via email.) I mean I contacted they now I must call them back HOW RUDE IS THAT
Now it's the 21/0813 no feedback nothing... I mean I paid R550 for the Jacket now they giving this service I been using truworths for so many years I never receive this kind of service it's like they don't care at all
And now am thinking of closing my acc
