That I am waiting for a refund of an item I returned more than 40 days ago is an embarrassment plain and simple.
No doubt Zando will try an explain themselves by saying they were inundated over the holiday season to which I only have one simple question. Did the world decide in January 2013 that we will have a holiday season in December wherepeople will shop more than they ordinarily would or is this indicative of the lack of leadership and innovation so endemic at Zando?
Zando's return policy is indeed shameful and does the sector no justice whatsoever. In fact they tarnish the reputation of the modality for every other online business.
