Not happy with the way they handle my case

On the 08January2014 I bought burgers, i briought them back after i realized its not the ones i wanted. Brought them back yrsterday 9th the store manager told me they ar warm, he said i was supposed to bring them back in a coolerbox..I find that very rude, where is written that if i bring them back i must havve them in a coolerbox. I ll b glad if u sort my ssue
