Requested a return on 21 Dec 2012 for a shirt purchased from Zando on 13 Dec 2012. To date, Zando has not sent anyone to collect the item. Emailed Zando support a week ago and still no response. Zando phone lines are also constantly experiencing high volumes and you have to wait for ever. I would just like to return this item.
