Zando should be ashamed of themselves. They deliver goods however when one sends them back due to them being unsatisfactory, they do not refund your money. I have been waiting for TWO MONTHS to be refunded. Numerous phone calls and emails and yet still no refund. I have given them ample time to refund me. I am at the end of my tether with them. Zando you need to be named and shamed. You are unethical!!! Let this be a warning to others. DO NOT SHOP WITH ZANDO!!!
