I purchased a pair of shoes from Zando but had to return them as they didnt fit. I contacted Zando telephonically on 14 March 2013 &was advised me it would take between 3 to 5 working days for someone to collect them.By 27 March 13 no-one had collected or contacted me re: the return so I contacted Zando and told them I urgently need the item collected and I would like my money refunded. CourierIt contacted me on 28 March & agreed to collect the item on 02 April between 11am-3pm. No-one arrived.
I contacted Zando on 03 April and again requested the shoes collected from me urgently - nothing happened. I contacted Zando AGAIN today (04 April) & again requested the shoes are urgently collected & that I would now like my money refunded to me. The agent said there is nothing she can do except email the warehouse & request the collection. She also said she would see about refunding the money but its against policy. I then took it upon myself to phone Zando's supplier - CourierIt - to establish when exactly they will collect the item!
Zando has now arranged the refund but I feel it is unacceptable that I have waited 21 days AND I had to phone their supplier.
