I ordered goods from Zando in December & only received 2 out of the 3 items that I ordered. After many attempts to contact Zando, I placed a complaint on Zando. I then received a call from Client Services, promising that I would receive my outstanding order within 10 working days, as they have the item in stock.
I am still waiting and now highly irratated with Zando.
This is the first time I have shopped with Zando and have been dismally disappointed.
Please refund my money or deliver overnight as this has become ridiculous!! ZANDO IS NOT WORTH IT NOR IS IT MORE CONVENIENT THAN JUST GOING INTO A STORE!!!
