Poor customer service

I have been trying to get Woolworths to find one of their stock items for me.
As I am typing this I have been on hold with the call centre (yet to pick up the phone) for 27 minutes and this is the case EVERY time I try and get through. Yesterday I held for 84 minutes and eventually put the phone down
I have used the online query form and sent it through 11 times in the last 2 weeks yet still no response
