Woolworths On Line a Mess

On Saturday 11 May I went to Woolworths Eastgate to purchase a dinner set I liked. They were out of stock and contacted two stores in our area to source the set and came back to me to say it was out of stock. On Tuesday 14 May I then went to shop online, on the website the items were available, there was no indication on the website that the items was out of stock. Today 15 May I get a call from the exact store were I went to in the first place to say they do not have stock. I contacted their call center that explained to me they only source from certain stores. Which is ridiculous! If it is advertised on the website as available they should have access nationally! I contacted their head office in Cape Town, who just put me back to their call center that takes at least 10 minutes to answer a call! Woolworths on line shopping has a huge flaw! i will never shop with them online again and their customer service is pathetic!
