I received a new blackberry model at jet orange farm on feb2013 after a long dispute as a replacement due to a loss made on my account at jet mafikeng but unfornately i did not receive any documents/receipts as a proof of purchase now my phone is not working and i cant fix it or take it for a repair ive been waiting ever since with no luck.
