I have had this account for 25 years, and can't understand why I need to RICA it every year.
Today I went into the East Rand Mall Branch.
There was no one in the new accounts section and four assistants in the customer service section.
I waited in the queue for them, and when got to the till was told they can't do a RICA.
So what am I to do?
Spoke to a manager who seemed not willing to help.
As far as I am now concerned you can close the account, but I will not be going back to RICA it again.
