I Grant Robin Cilliers Rica my and my wife and my child's banking account and my bond in 2011 and 2012.
Stood both times in q in my private time for more than 1.45 hrs. Received sms today that my child's account needs to be rica again. Phone Gape Gate centre. Spoke to Liana and she confirm that they did Rica on there side my child's documents and she has the tracking numbers to proof it. She phoned Joburg and it is lying in a box somewhere but was never scanned at Joburg Rica centre. She send a mail to them and will come back to me soonest on Tuesday next week. In the meantime I ask about me and my wife bond and it was last Rica in 2009 and needs to be Rica again. I did Rica that In 2011 and 2012, because I had to go into the bank to stand in q again to rectify my adress, because 1 of your people made a mistake with a double digit on my house adress which was not my mistake and waist my time and me and my wife needed to Rica again. I WILL NOT GO INTO THE BANK AND RICA MY DAUGHTER, S ACCOUNT AND MY BOND ACCOUNT AGAIN. EVERY TIME SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB ON THEIR SIDE. PLEASE SORT OUT
