How do you RICA someone incorrectly?

I went to MTN Glen Fair on Friday last week to get a new contract. Brought all my RICA documents and did a sim swop from Vodacom to MTN. Everything was fine, Vodacom went off as the sim swop took effect but MTN STILL UNTIL TODAY HAS NOT COME ON, meaning my phone doesn't work!!!

I called Glen Fair every day for the past week and they said they sent through all the RICA documents to MTN to capture and register me as they are still a new branch and dont have the facilities yet. I understand this is not MTN Glen Fair's fault as the RICA documents were sent through to MTN.

And somehow MTN has not done their work at all, as first off all I was told MTN has not RICA'd me yet, and yesterday I was told that my details had been RICA'd incorrectly!! How on earth do you RICA someone "incorrectly"???

This is my very personal information and I demand it be corrected immediately and for MTN to activate my service with them!! This is the worst service I've ever received and I am going to cancel my new contract today if this matter is not resolved in a few hours!!!

I am very disappointed MTN!
