Bought T-Shirt at Sandton Polo on Sunday 29th December 2103. The Tee Shirt began to discolour on the chest and on one shoulder while being worn while on its first time worn. The garment was brought back to Sandton Polo where the manager Justin refused to refund or exchange the Tee Shirt. It cost R349.00, we brought it back with the original till slip.
The till slip states that if the product is found to be defective, an exchange or refund will be granted.
Justin the Store manager refused to refund or exchange as printed on the till slip.
He insisted the T Shirt be sent for tests and then, five days later, they will decide weather to refund or exchange.
He should have accepted the T Shirt having a defect in its colour and immediately refunded us.
We are now treated like who are incapable of washing without bleaching the garment.
People be wary of insulting service, with us now having to return to the store to hear the result of their tests. What a cheek, boycott these guys.
