Woolworth Online Orders do not materialize

Woolworths Online order confirmation: o94735308.
Ordered a Xmas gift, online, for my 84 year old mother & sister on the 23rd Dec 2013. No feedback received why Xmas present has not been delivered. After numerous calls to customer service, again on the 3rd Jan, as to why this order has not been delivered i was promised that a belated X- mas parcel will be delivered to her free of charge. She waited for delivery of the parcels on 4 occasions. I really thought that with the Woollies' name this would have solved my problem with getting Xmas present for my Mom & sister this time. Incidentally I was quite chuffed with myself.

Order was for: POINSETTIA IN BASKET 14 CM 2 x 149.99 &
Chocolate Decadence

A Rose plant was delivered to the old age home after Xmas, when my Mom was not there. Her neighbor apparently received the parcel. She only returned to the home on the 4th Jan and the plant by that time was not doing to well.
My complaint is that due to Woolworth not communicating the problem my poor mother had to sit waiting for the deliveries and that I had to, after every "no Show' from Woollies, apologize to her on Woollies behalf for waiting in vain.
