I ordered a 3 seater Charleston Couch from Mr Price Canal Walk on the 20th of November 2013 and paid a 50% deposit. I was assisted by Mapaseka Khanye and indicated that I would not require delivery as I would make arrangements for collection. I was advised in store that the couch would be available for collection within 3 to 4 weeks and was later contacted by a customer liaison from Mr Price who confirmed that the couch would be available for collection on the 20th of December 2013. I therefore proceeded to make arrangements for collection between the 19th and the 24th of December 2013 (before Christmas).

I have since not been contacted by Mr Price to confirm that the couch is available for collection or to explain any reasons for the delay herein. It has now been nearly 7 weeks and I still do not have a couch. I will also have to make new arrangements for the collection of the couch and incur additional costs. As a customer I am very disappointed in the lack of feedback from Mr Price and their poor service delivery.
