Upon upgrading my medical aid for 2014, I ran into some difficulties with regards to my chronic medication. Maredi, the pharmacist who assisted me at Clicks Chilli Lane, went out of his way to personally find out what the problem was and continuously kept me updated. It's so refreshing to find someone who is passionate about their job, up-tone, friendly and professional. I really appreciate him going the extra mile and he really is an asset to the Click's team.
