Neo from the furniture department was meant to arrange for my couch to be delivered on Monday and he didn't instead he phoned and told me they would deliver the next day. I got an SMS saying my couch will be delivered between 13 and 17:00 and at 16 I called to find out how far they were. They told me they were on their way and yet at 20:00 no one had contacted and there was still no couch. I called the delivery guy Dingaan who claimed he was involved in an accident and someone else took my couch, he refused to give me his supervisors number, said he will call me back. He called me and and said they are on the way the couch will here in 20mins and I'm still waiting! What services really I will never buy anything from there ever again... I want my money back they can keep the couch
