I ordered and paid for a 3 seater couch through coricraft (Kalahari Fox leather) towards the end of March 2013. I was informed that it will take 4 weeks to make, which I agreed with. after 4 weeks of waiting the incorrect colour couch was delivered, which I immediately. It took an additional week, getting the run around from management at Morningside store as well as the warehouse to why I received the wrong couch. The following week I was told that they will manufacture a new couch which they will speed up. Lat week the 17th of May, i received a call informing me that the couch will be ready by Wednesday 22nd of May, and I will be contacted for delivery. Till today the 24th of May 2013 nobody has contacted me, and I actually want to cancel the purchase and get my money back. The service is absolutely poor, and I would receive better service from a MR Price then paying such crazy amounts for couches that cant even be delivered
