We purchased a couch from Mr Price home on the 3rd of November 2013 (Sandton Branch). We arranged for the delivery of the couch on the 7th of December 2013. Mr Price Home not only lost our address delivery details but also informed us on the 7th December that there was not stock of the couch. In other words, they sold our couch that we bought. This must surely be a violation of the Consumer Protection Act. Mr Price Home have been utter disgrace to deal with.
