I phoned the Cresta branch, about halfway through December to inquire about a tube for my quads tyre. The person I spoke to in the Tyre bay, said that you guys never had stock and it would take 2 weeks to get stock and referred me to two other bike shops where i might be able to get tubes as it was urgent. (DNA motorcycles and another shop I'd never heard of). after contacting them and being told they don't have stock either, and the guy from DNA insisted quad tubes weren't produced, besides the point, i decided to call your Edenvale branch. And they had stock for me! Your sales team should really use other branches as fist alternatives if stock is not available, and thereafter turn customers to your competitors! I am from the West so Cresta is most convenient for me, and i purchase all road, offroad and quad spares and kit from them, from now on I'll spend the extra fuel and go to Edenvale instead!
