I am really disgusted with the service I receive time to time from your stores.
I went to ur store in November to pay my account when I asked the cashier what was the amount due
she provided me with the incorrect amount I asked her twice is she sure that is the only amount due and she assured me that was all I needed to pay. Two weeks ago I got a call from your accounts division to tell me that
i short paid an amount and total due was R900 and some odd Rands when i asked how is this possible i was told that i did not pay my installment in full don't see how this is my fault as i played my part to making sure my acc was up to date And to top it up when i went to your store at the Glen last week i was told my account has been blocked from purchasing by the accounts division. I also explained to your accounts division that i have been robbed that is why my cell phone has been off. Your store in sandton knows nothing about service its always untidy and ur ques are always a 20 min wait. I regret opening an account at your store.
