Loyal customer lost

I am not one of those people who enjoy having a bad credit record. But unfortunately, my favorite clothing store does not share my interest.

I always pay my account when I receive my statement. Although this was not the case for the past month. Mr. Price decided to send me an SMS saying that my account is in arrears and that I must bring my account up to date immediately. I thought it was very strange that they are "reprimanding" me before i received my statement. Nonetheless, I paid the amount they asked. Today, I finally receive my statement which says that my credit has been suspended until my account has been paid in full.

I have never been more upset with any retail store than now. I am seriously considering closing my account and telling everyone I know and writing in every newspaper possible what a bad retail store Mr. Price is.
How do you expect me to pay my account if I don't even know I must pay or if have no clue as to what amount I must pay???

I am one customer that you will maybe not miss, but I was, for 20 years, without a doubt your most loyal custome
