I entered into 3 separate contracts with cell C, one for my phone, one for my notepad and one for my 3G. All 3 had individual cell phone numbers. I was also billed and debited individually.
My 3G contract was never fully explained to me, in that I would be billed after the capped amount of 20gigs was exhausted. This is definitely false advertising by the customer services consultant as I enquired from them about this and was told I would be capped.
Now due to the exorbitant amount for the 3G, Cell C has suspended all 3 individual accounts. I have contacted Cell C regarding the account to enquire as to why the account was so high. The call centre advised I needed to contact the store where I purchased the 3G from. I then contacted the store who advised that they will remove the 20gig account and I will only have the 2gig left, which to date they have NOT DONE.
Cell C suspended my account without informing me of the suspension. I have contacted them to enquire about the suspension, but to date have NTO RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK
