On 2013/11/07 I I saw a freezer in game store middelburg mpumalanga, it was on. I wanted it but was not in stock so the sales person advised me to pay for it as when the stock comes they will give me on the sale price. I payed the full amount I was told it will be in store not later than 2013/11/11.I waited no one called me, on the 14/11/2013 I went to the store, and I was told that they have not received the freezer yet. I asked them why they did not bother to inform me as the agreed date has passed.they could not account. I have then wrote a complaint as adviced by the store manager.after that I was proomised by the division supervisor that if I don't receive it on the weekend of the 15 he was gonna call me on the monday 18th to explain the situation.still mr dumisani kubheka did not call as he promised.now I'm sitting with no knowledge when will I get my freezer as no one wants to inform me
