13.09.2013 - 3 Paypal transactions on my credit card account. 16.9 - further 5 transactions for Paypal payments. In total R6214.43 removed from the account, but on 16.9 R1849.98 was paid back into acc. In total balance of R4364.45 taken (3 debits & 2 credits later). Problem reported to Card Division, referred to Division, case No. 6294584. Credit card cancelled & 7 day wait for new one. Told to phone Division Admin in 10 days. Division paid me R2849.00 on 24.9. On 27.9 phoned Division who informed me my cell no had been changed & also to phone Admin. Admin closed for weekend. 30.09 - phoned Admin to ask how amount paid was calculated. I was told the error would be rectified. Nothing was done. 3.10 - phoned again to be told error will be rectified. To date error has not been rectified & each time I phone I have to hold on for 30-45 minutes before speaking to an agent & I just cannot get the outstanding R1515.49 refunded by Standard Bank..
