I am a edgars card account holder and have been for a couple of years. I am currently having endless problems with the accounts department. I made a purchase for mango airline ticket in august the ticket cost about R1900. And due to me not having a credit card I made the purchase on my edgars acc. I was assured by a consultant in store that the payment of the ticket will be billed over a 12month period as. A installment. A month later I received my bill showing the full amount of the purchase price. I did query it and was told it should be corrected but never was.. I then payed the normal installment amount.. All this can be checked on the account history! The next month the same thing.. And now this month the same. I decided that I would pay the balance up and close the acc due to this. As I was gonna do so I saw a special on a phone I wanted and was going to purchase it only to find out even tho I paid in full the total due amount I do have enough credit or this is what the consultant told me. I hope this all can be sorted so I can eventually purchase the handset.
But it was probably for the best if I close this account.
