Good day
in may I went to pay my account @ the sandton branch during my lunch only to find cues that take for ever to move I wonder why the sandton branch has 2 pay stations but only one is in use and the people attending to you work as if they are constipated.
I did not however get the time to pay due to my lunch break and then received an embarrassing call from the accounts division where the lady harassed me as if I was a I informed her of the situation asked for an account number to pay the monies into only to receive nothing I have told her that I will do a double payment.
this is the very first time this has taken place on my side. I therefore NOT recommend the Ackermans account to Any of my friends and co workers!!!
