First of all, I am a Jet account holder for more than 20 years. on the 01/11/2013 I bought electrical appliance at Jet store Pen Mall, when I got home it was not working, I returned it few days after only to be told that their systems are down. I went again 5 times till to date and every time I am been told that their systems are down. This was 2 months ago. I spoke to the manager who said that she will investigate and call me back. till to date she hasn't called me.
I am so disappointed and irritate with the service that I got, I think the staff took advantage of me as I am an old woman but I will not let this go. I am paying my account well, this need to be resolved.
I will be logging another complaint with the Ombudsman and NCR to ensure people do their Job.
