TREATED AS A CRIMINAL-REFUSED MY CASH REFUND

Have you ever been treated like a criminal by incompetent people. I bought a leather jacket and skirt at Canal Walk CT 24/02/2013 and when I tried to fit I realized the tag on the skirt is wrong size as the skirt was too small, I was not happy with the quality of the products I bought. I took them to Woolworths in Festival Mall and was first welcomed by UNPROFESSIONAL three staff members who were chatting non stop they decided to help me at their own time. The lady at the till checked my goods, called supervisor for refund approval as I bought with cash and while the cashier was counting cash for refund she told her to put back the cash to call the so called store manager (I DONT KNOW WHAT FOR). He came telling me there was something wrong with the quality of my slip without being specific, then he recognized the date on the slip was July 2012 whereas there is a debit on my cheque account for 24/02/2013.Everything was taken away from me said to be called back. I WANT MY CASH MONEY WOOLWORTHS, not after I was treated like a criminal in store after having an account with the store for over ten years. Bad service, unprofessional service of most of the staff is alwayd at my neck. I WANT MY MONEY
