I was very annoyed when a dustcover I had ordered, was not delivered on time, and when I finally received it, it was the wrong size. I wrote a letter of complaint to Annelize, who responded instantaneously, and within 2 days, the cover was re-printed, it was absolutely perfect, and to make it even better, it was delivered, at no cost, to my door. Such fantastic follow-up service makes me a loyal client - I expect that in business, things go wrong. It's how a complaint is dealt with, that makes all the difference! Thank you to Annelize - she's a real asset to the business (QPhoto, she deserves a raise!).
