I purchased an LG 5.1 channel tallboy 3D theatre from PnP Greenstone on the 13/10/12 for the amount of R3499.00. On the 11/10/2013 I took my LG to PnP Woodmead to book it in for repairs due to to it not working properly (2049). After a few phone calls, Freda advised that I could collect my item on the 06/11/2013. On the 08/12/13 (2115), it was booked in for repairs again due to the exact xame fault. On 04/01/2014 I contacted PnP Woodmead and spoke to Thami who advised that he would find out where my item was and get back to me on Monday 06/01/2014. At first he didn;t take my calls, & then eventually I requested to speak to his manager - HOD Ricki. I explained to Ricki what the problem was & he said that he would find out what's the issue & call me back. This was at 10:30 am. At 12"30, Thami called to advise that LG only opened today & that they closed very early in Dec & have not done my repair, however he has requested that it needs to be soretd out urgently & that by next Friday (10 days later), I would get my item. I requested LG's contact details and they advised that they never closed as well as the agents in JHB where opened in Dec. Can somone contact me urgently.
