I called home choice on the 10th of June 2013 to ask why my Home choice account does not reflect on Itc as when I apply with other institutions they require for my accounts to reflect on ITC. I have wasted more than R500 airtime calling Home choice, your consultants put me on hold for 20 good minutes each time till my airtime runs out. I was told on the 10th of June that a request has been sent to ITC to have my details updated and that it will take 7 working days again I called on the 21st of June where your consultant told me that her manager said that they will rectify this and call me back and this was never done. today I called again your people put me on hold for 18min till I got disconnected. I then called back and a lady tried to transfer my call to a so called manager and cut me off. Do you people hire qualified staff as you quick to send orders but cant service your clients, I am sick and tired of this I want my account of 8months to be noted on ITC WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, IF YOU ARE A RECOGNISED FINANCIAL SERVIVCE PROVIDER MY ACCOUNT WILL REFLECT ON ITC LIKE ALL OTHER ACCOUNTS INDICATING THAT ITS UPTO DATE.
