WORST MISTAKE TO TAKE A CONTRACT WITH THEM

Went to 8ta canal walk 2apply for a cellphone, was then told that their systems are down, but to complete the forms in meantime, weeks went, i constantly had to call them to find whether the systems were working or not I eventually gave up on them and went to n1city, Howeever their systems were down as well, eventually after about a week systems went back online again. Already that should have been a sign for me that thi was a BAD idea to register with them. I then signed up with clayton at n1 city branch, when collecitng my phone i then advised clayton that i need my number to be ported as well, i sat for nearly 2 hours in the store and was then told that he will get back to me as the call centre is strugling to process it, days went bye and no feedback, when contacting him on numerous occations &going intot he store i was eventually told that it could not be done but he will see what he can do, and then i never heard from him again until i either call or go to the store.i then received a call from their customer service to welcome me to the network, i then told them the bad service i received and was then told they would get back to me, its now 3 months later and still no call from them.
