I bought goods at this store this afternoon. After producing my debit card it was declined at the till and after second time again. Then I gave my credit card and declined. Then get told goto the next till. Once again debit card declined and then the 2nd time I got a confirmation on my mobile of the transaction being successful. Then to my horror get told your systems did not process it whilst I'm not the only the client being embarrassed with your systems not working. Ine banking system to all banks and keep accepting cards that decline without fail. I paid cash for my goods and I was livid to say the least that I get told by your don't care manager and staff your funds will be reversed by tomorrow afternoon. This is my money and I don't give my money away in this manner and being out of money due to your miserable staff failing to address this major problem. I will not shop at this store again nor advise anybody to goto this store and the management of this store is not WELCome to contact me at all, as they have no idea how to deal with this crisis in your store, but frustrated me and other clients.
