We were are Gateway Durban in December and wanted to buy a Sissy Boy dress that was on the 50% sale but decided to rather wait till we got back to Jhb. Went to East Eand Mall on Friday to buy the dress but was told it was not on special in that store. I phoned Gateway from there and Gateway told me it was on special. After spending more that 30 min trying to sort it out - me having to use my cellphone - I phoned Gateway and spoke to Nologelo and asked if I could do the transaction over the phone in front of the staff from East Rand Mall and I would get someone to collect if from her at Gateway to be sent up to me. She then said it was ok but to avoid all that trouble to spoke to the one floor managers at ERM who was a bit rude, and eventually went and scanned it only to find it was on sale. About 15 minutes later Nologelo phone me back to check that everything was in order and that I was sorted. WELL DONE Nologelo for your outstanding service. They need more people like you there.
