Hi. About 2 weeks ago i went to Truworths East Rand Mall to return a gift that my husband had received. We had no cash receipt since it was a gift. The gift was purchased at the Gateway store. Martie went out of her way to contact the Gateway store and get a duplicate receipt (based on credit card info). And she called me whilst shopping to let me know what was happening. Thanks Martie. I know its part of your job - but your great attitude really impressed me. Thank u
