I have been trying for the last hour and a half to get through to one of your MTN stores in Durban (La Lucia, Gateway, Coastlands). I have held on 3 times in a row for 6 min (Gateway store) only to have the call automatically cut. I have been trying continuously for 90 minutes and no one answers.

This is ridiculous!!!
