Last week myself and my fiance went into YDE in Gateway. I picked out two dresses that were on sale and had the marked down sticker on the label stating the sale price. When we got to the till the one dress was scanned at its normal price and not the sale price. The teller was extremelly rude saying that the dress was not on sale and the sticker on it was an accident.."human error" as she called it. after an agument and waitng for about 25minutes, the senior manger came out and also refused to give me the dress at the sale price also saying that it is a human error and they cannot change the price on the system. Any shop that i have been to that has made a mistake with their pricing will apologize and give it to you at the price stated on the item and not give excuses. I will not return to that store or any YDE store for that matter. Absolutely disgusting service!!!
