Bad service

On the 28th December, my mom n I went to Foschini bethlehem and was quiet unhappy with the service I was given in the store. First and foremost we went to exchange some of the items that were bought and we got to the counter and the lady who was going to help us did not have her name tag on and there was no greeting at all and by the look of things she didn't even know how to do the return goods transaction and she called her manager who also did not have her name tag on! The counter lady's name is Manana and the "manager's" name is Mthabela. The other reason for our store visit was that my mom wanted to link me on her card. She then asked the two ladies she would like to link me, they then said u need to fill in a form and kept quiet, I then asked them where is the form? They said that side, I went and found about 4 different forms and had to ask again which one is it. Eventually got to the right one! While I was filling in the form I asked Manana why are they so unfriendly then she said I am also off and we ended up exchanging words and mthabela said I am in the wrong. She didn't even try to talk to her colleague and tell her not shout at me but just let her continue.
