Walked into foschini at gateway on Monday wanting to purchase jewellery, there were several ladies standing at the sales counter and only one of them was busy with a customer.while standing at the jewellery counter viewing I had hoped that one of the ladies would approach me for assistance which is usually what should happen but didn't, after a few minutes my husband approached the women for help, one said that one of the ladies would be there to help in a minute, 15 minutes had passed and we received no help from anyone despite four ladies standing behind the counter and totally ignoring the fact we were standing there, I walked out a very unhappy women, I was supposed to have spent around 2000 rands, as I was walking I asked for the store manager and she was gone home.i m a regular customer at foschini in the bluff and their service is extraordinary everytime, I was very disappointed at the service and also because I could not purchase my bangles, these people should not to these types of jobs if they don't have any intention of doing it properly, they lost a big sale and perhaps an even bigger custome
