I went to Foschini for shopping and I went to make a payment at cosmetics department since I was only purchasing cosmetics. The lady asked me at the till if I'm paying with cash or card three times and I answered three times that its cash, then she said she does not take cash, I then explained to her that its cash but I'm gonna swipe. She then asked me if I'm deaf cause she asked me three times, I said to her she didn't explain to me I thought she was referring to an account when she said card and I asked her to lower the tone of her voice and then she started swearing at me and then told me if she was "me" she would watch where she go!
I asked to see the manager as she refused to assist me and then I was told the manager left at 17:00, I asked for the 2nd in charge and I was told to wait for her. I waited 15 min and when she came she didn't even ask me what was wrong, the 2nd in charge lady just told me to come back the following day when the manager is available.
