I had first asked the assistant standing outside for a form for a change of account holder details.
any store that has accounts should have this form. at first the man outside simply ignored me. i raised my voice and asked him again, could i please have a form. he very lazily took me inside where another coloured lady sat down and it seemed they had zero understanding of what I wanted. she asked the other guy to check in the back for a folder with forms. he returned 30 seconds later saying there was nothing. i lingered asking them if they could not print out a form, while the guy returned outside. they had zero interest in what i needed and told me i need to fill out an affidavit somewhere and return. and i found this extremely annoying. if you are placed in a store that provides services, provide the service.
