On the 27/05/2013, I went to exchange 2 items I bought at Legit in Braamfontein however the teller didn't exchange both items. She only exchange 1 and she charged me for 3 items instead of 2. But still took the 2 items back, which I already paid for. She swiped my bank card R350 and it went off.

When I notified her of the mistake, she gave me R150 back and I asked about the other R150 because she was supposed to swipe R50 only as it was the difference I had to pay. She promised to reverse the payment form my card. She said she will give me a call once done. I assumed she did not do it because nothing was paid into my account.
I had to go back to the store again the following day to find out why was the money not deposited into my account as promised.. She told me that she was not over of any amount in her till and that the books were balanced. When I asked for the manager, she told me she was the manager of the store.

I makes me very unhappy and angry because I can see that this lady is not taking my issue seriously. I am now considering taking further steps because even in my bank statement it shows the amount.
