I walked into shoprite this morning had to wait 1 hour on a month end because only 2 tills were open. I seen another till open so I went there I stood in a queue and the customers told me they waiting for there grant so I went forward, the cashier than tells me I did not wait in a cue and she won't serve me.like she is my boss telling me what to do.this is not the 1st time I am having problems there.so I went to call the manager it was a lady I told her and she just keeps quite and tells me to pay, but again the same cashier insists I did not stand in a cue, please c can you check the cameras.they all were not wearing name tags I ask the lady manager where was the staff she said they late and some did not come in.as a community we are disgusted with the service we receive from this shoprite and think that your staff need to be replaced.as previously nothing was sorted out I would I would really appreciate it if this would go to highest management and not any other management.
