Withdrawal was done at a Shoprite store, and incorrect change was given. Annie Akkers responded to this matter and I was advised that a consultant suppose to contact me, NO ONE CONTACTED ME!
The store manager, Michael Mncube, "suppose" to check camera footage and get back to me, the matter drag over a week and then he tells me that there was a power outage and they cannot check the footage because there is no footage!!!
So the staff from Shoprite is for the customers and instead of Shoprite addressing the matter, Shoprite is covering their and encouraging!! Pathetic!!
