Went to Shoprite Raisethorpe today, there were no prices properly marked, went to express till as unable to see staff around. Asked the cashier to call the manager, she beeped for some time and no one came. Then she asked a lady Nompilo to call the manager, no one came. After few minutes waiting I asked the cashier if she could do a price check and she was very helpful. After doing my purchase I asked the cashier to called the Nompilio who did not have the courtesy to come back to me initially. She told that she told the controller Thabi to call the manager but nothing happened. Should a manager be on duty in the front to assist customer. Service at Shoprite Raisethorpe is pathetic as this is always happen. No customer care.
